To Cancel an Un-shipped Order
Call customer service immediately. Once your order is shipped,
it cannot be cancelled; you will have to proceed with the following
general return policies.
Return Policies
We promise to deliver high-quality products to your door. If
you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly replace or
accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following
return policies:
The following items may be returned for refund:
(1) Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing
(2) Wrong merchandise received
(3) Defective merchandise
(4) Products that has been previously installed
A 10% restocking fee will be charged
for returned merchandise.
Returns or exchanges can only be made within
30 days of receipt of the product(s). Restocking fee will
be applied for returns or exchanges. All returned merchandise(s)
must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects.
Return Procedures
(1) Call toll-free 1-888-778-7654 or email to support@faucets4all.com
to obtain an approval for the return. Once approved, an email
will be sent to you within 24 hours indicating your RMA (Returned
Merchandise Authorization) number and the shipping address for
you to return the merchandise(s). Approved returned merchandise
must be shipped to us within 48 hours.
(2) Merchandise should be returned in its original packing condition.
Reasonable charges will be imposed for missing parts on return
merchandise.
(3) Include your RMA number in your
returned merchandise for identification purpose.
(4) We recommend items to be returned via UPS or insured parcel
and posted for proof of delivery.
(5) You are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned
merchandise.
(6) Items shipped past the 30 day returning period plus a reasonable
shipping time may be returned to sender.
(7) We are not responsible for any losses in the mail for any
returned merchandise.
Refunds
We will do our best to expedite the return process. Please allow
5-10 business days for refund processing. Refund will be credited
to the same credit card account you used in placing your original
purchase order. If you paid by check, please allow an additional
7-14 days for delivery of refund check via UPS.
We will refund your return shipping costs when the return is
due to our mistake or error.
